Shoes and teeth

The days since Both Dads returned from holidays have been full.

Dad rode me in the school on Monday. Meg was jumping a little cross pole when we started but I concentrated and behaved perfectly, which pleased Dad a lot - especially after two weeks off. We worked in walk and trot with most focus on softening and flexing and walk halt/trot transitions and the session went well.

On Tuesday, Dibby was clipped and he has enjoyed his freedom from a woolly coat.

Today, Richard the farrier shod us both and immediately afterwards Alex the dentist checked and treated our teeth. We were pleased to go out into the field in our lightweight rugs for the rest of the afternoon. It's a busy life for the modern cob.
